While you start working on contracts and purchase orders we can get your submittal log ready for submission.

To get started we will need your contract documents (plans and specs), including any addendums, subcontractor and supplier contact information. We can email submittals or upload them to a construction file sharing platform. We will copy the project manager on all emails. We reach out to all the subs and suppliers identifying what items need submitted and work with them until approval. We keep everything in a cloud based share file so your submittals and log can be accessed anytime on any smart device.
