💳 Payments

We accept payments through PayPal to ensure secure transactions for both parties. Payments are due in full prior to submittal processing.

📞 Subcontractor & Supplier Communication

The contractor is responsible for making the initial communication with subcontractors and suppliers. We will follow up if necessary via email, but we cannot be held responsible for their responsiveness or failure to meet deadlines. Clear and prompt communication from the contractor will help avoid delays.

📂 Submittal Processing

We will process and upload accurate, numbered submittals within 48 hours, with the goal of completing them within 24 hours. All submittals must include a completed coversheet to ensure accuracy and to avoid delays in processing.
We do not separate PDFs to break out CSI divisions; this method ensures precise handling. We do not provide submittal services for previously started projects.

🚧 Liability

Construction Submittals is not responsible for any delays, damages, or costs arising from project delays or inaccuracies in the submittals. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to subcontractor or supplier delays, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances such as the death, incapacity, or other unforeseen personal events affecting the ability to provide services.
